How to return an item if you are not satisfied with it?

4.3 By placing the Products in the Online Shop, EVWALLBOX makes a binding offer to enter into a contract for these items. 5.2 When shipping via EVWALLBOX, delivery charges will be added to the price stated. 7.1 Goods supplied and delivered or otherwise handed over by EVWALLBOX shall remain the property of EVWALLBOX until full payment has been made.

7.2 If, for whatever reason, the Customer experiences a delay in payment, EVWALLBOX shall be entitled to challenge or repossess the goods while retaining title. Shipping damage

If goods are delivered with obvious shipping damage, the customer must immediately complain about such defects to the delivery person and contact EVWALLBOX immediately. Failure to lodge a complaint or contact EVWALLBOX will not have any impact on the Customer’s legal rights and their enforcement, in particular on their warranty rights. Nonetheless, the customer still assists EVWALLBOX in asserting a claim against EVWALLBOX with the carrier or transportation insurance.

 

The goods have been sent, can I return them while in transit?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, EVWALLBOX will not be able to accept return requests. This is because once the goods leave EVWALLBOX’s warehouse, they enter the logistics process of the express company, and EVWALLBOX will have no control over its transportation process. Therefore, EVWALLBOX urges all customers to ensure your purchase decision before placing an order. The payment was not sent, can I get a refund during production?

For orders that are in the process of production, once production starts, the order will be deemed to have entered the non-executable return stage.
