Avere-France’s ADVENIR program funds electric vehicle (EV) charging station installations, enhancing electric mobility alongside public efforts. Collaborating with various sectors, it aims to strengthen the EV ecosystem by offering financial support and bonuses for charging solutions, making them more accessible.
The ADVENIR program adds a financial dimension thanks to the financing of electric vehicle charging stations; depending on the projects, different bonuses are granted.
Why join the ADVENIR program?
The “CEE” ADVENIR program, created in 2016 by Avere-France, aims to promote electric mobility, particularly through the installation of charging stations on French territory.
The program offers financial assistance for the deployment of open electric charging infrastructures: to the public, in businesses and in condominiums throughout France.
As a qualified Raedian professional, in charge of installing charging stations, you must have a commercial offer labeled on the ADVENIR platform so that your customers can benefit from this bonus.
Obtaining certification for a commercial offer for the installation of an electric charging point will allow you to:
- Integrate the list of installers referenced by the program
- Offer quotes including the ADVENIR bonus (subject to eligibility)
- Submit premium requests on the mon.advenir.mobi platform.
Who can benefit from the ADVENIR grant?
With a budget of 320 million euros, ADVENIR’s objective is to finance 175,000 charging points by 2025.
The program offers bonuses for the installation of charging stations for:
- Individuals:for the installation of charging points or collective infrastructure in co-ownership (Social landlords and co-ownership associations having received authorization from their members also have the possibility of taking advantage of this program. Please note that charging stations for individual residences such as pavilions are not included in the Advenir program. However, it is possible to benefit from a tax credit for this type of project.).
- Businesses:for the installation of charging points for a company fleet and employees as well as for the establishment of charging points open to the public.
- Communities:for the installation of charging points for an internal fleet and your employees as well as for the establishment of charging points open to the public, particularly on public roads and for motorized two-wheelers.
Attention:
Due to the particular characteristics of energy production and consumption in non-interconnected areas, the Advenir program offers specific arrangements for the installation of charging stations in the territories located in Corsica, Overseas and on the Ponant Islands.
Notice:

How to join the ADVENIR program?
Be a Raedian certified installer
As a qualified Recharge Elec + installer, you can submit a request for offer certification to become a partner of the ADVENIR program and provide your customers with a bonus, whether they are:
- Individuals residing in collective buildings
- Companies
- Communities
To do this, it is necessary to declare yourself to the program via a request for certification of your commercial offer.
Get the ADVENIR label
Labeling a commercial offer consists of declaring yourself to the program as a project leader for installing charging stations by completing an online form available on the dedicated ADVENIR platform.
Please note, the processing time for a commercial offer labeling request by the ADVENIR team is 7 days.
How to apply for ADVENIR offer labeling?
1) Register on mon.advenir.mobi
As a professional in the installation of charging stations, you can register on the mon.advenir.mobi platform in order to submit a request for commercial offer labeling.
2) Submit a request for commercial offer labeling
After registering on the ADVENIR platform, you can submit a request for commercial offer certification via an online form. A labeled offer is not dedicated to a single project, it can be used in several projects and offered to several clients.
The ADVENIR team will validate the commercial offer within 7 days.
Attention:
The project leader must wait for validation of his offer by ADVENIR before requesting a bonus or issuing a quote to his clients including an ADVENIR bonus.
3) Make its customers benefit from the ADVENIR bonus
Once the commercial offer has been labeled by ADVENIR, the holder of the labeled offer will be able to benefit from the ADVENIR bonus to its customers and will appear in the list of installers referenced by ADVENIR.
How can you benefit from the ADVENIR bonus to your customers?
As a project leader for installing charging stations with a certified offer, you can request a bonus in order to obtain your assistance or allow your customer to receive it.
To obtain an Advenir bonus, it is essential to:
- Label your commercial offer
- Make a bonus request on the mon.advenir.mobi platform
Notice:
It is possible for your customers to submit a premium request themselves by sharing a link to your commercial offer. However, the program strongly recommends that it is the commercial offer holder who takes charge of the procedures, taking into account the technical knowledge necessary to complete a premium request form.
How to submit an ADVENIR bonus application?
1) Connect to the mon.advenir.mobi platform
As the holder of a labeled offer, connect to the mon.advenir.mobi platform with the identifiers created during your offer labeling.
2) Submit a premium request
Submit a premium request by completing the online form in which the applicant declares the characteristics of an installation project as well as the various associated actors.
- Create a new operation by entering information relating to the beneficiary of the premium.
- Select the labeled offer and detail the installation project (the quote, or the draft 36-month rental contract must be subsequent to the labeling of the chosen offer).
- Fill in the information relating to the installer.
- Download the RIB of the beneficiary of the premium or the installer if he collects it for his customer.
Notice:
A bonus request is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of signature of the associated bonus offer and must be declared to the program before the installation work is carried out.
Final receipt of the bonus is conditional on compliance with all the requirements of the program and the specifications of the bonus concerned.
To complete the online form, click on the “Premium Request” tab, then “Make a Request”. Then let yourself be guided by the instructions.
Notice:
To be eligible, the quote necessary to calculate the premium must have been published after the date of labeling of the associated commercial offer and the premium request must be declared to the program before the installation work is carried out.
3) Calculation of the premium offer
Based on the information transmitted, the platform automatically calculates a bonus offer corresponding to your project. The amount of the ADVENIR premium is calculated for each project on the basis of an aid rate and a ceiling.
Notice:
The Advenir premium is calculated on the basis of the quote excluding tax, but will be deducted from the tax-inclusive amount of the invoice after deduction of VAT. The amount corresponding to the request is then reserved for a period of six months.
4) Sign the bonus offer
Sign the bonus offer proposed by the ADVENIR program, if the project is validated by the client. The latter is valid for 6 months and constitutes the program’s only commitment to commit the available funds.

A bonus request is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of signature of the associated bonus offer and must be declared to the program before the installation work is carried out.
5) Carry out the work and send supporting documents
Once the premium offer has been signed, the holder of the certified offer has 6 months to carry out the installation work and send the supporting documents relating to their file.
6) Obtain payment of the premium
At the end of the installation work, the applicant must post online on the ADVENIR platform:
- The invoice or receipt report or rental contract established on the basis of the quote and clearly showing the reduction
- The sworn certificate of completion of work signed by the beneficiary and the installer
- A Photo after the work of installing the charging point (a photo before the work is optional but strongly recommended)
- The banking information of the person who receives the bonus (the installer or his customer)
- The teleoperation data transmission signal if applicable
- The GRIEVE connection certificate for terminals accessible to the public when it is mandatory
- The installer’s qualification certificate
The Advenir team will then carry out a study of your file. If all the supporting documents are satisfactory, the offer holder will be directly informed by email of the acceptance of their premium request within 30 days. The bonus will then be paid within 15 days.
